My approach is embodied and invitational.
I aim to thread together the physical practice and spiritual insights of the yoga tradition, as well as poetry and our wider context in the world.
I hope to provide a space which is nourishing and self renewing.
Meet Your Yoga Instructor
I have been teaching in studios across Auckland since 2021. I am passionate about facilitating a personalised approach to yoga that centers a person's story, wants and needs. I love to incorporate movement, breath, meditation, somatics, tantric insight, eco psychology and restorative practices. My approach is warm and invitational to encourage a nourishing and calming experience.
