Private Sessions
There are many reasons to choose a private yoga session. Together we can craft an individualised practice that supports your unique needs and desires.
You may want to:
Build confidence in a private setting because you are new to the tools of yoga
Have a container of nourishing support
Learn how to adapt around a specific injury
Build confidence with movement again following an injury
Work towards a specific goal
Develop a home or travel practise
Have a space to practise together with a group of friends
Deepen your personal practice
Since you will have my undivided attention there is the space to ask questions freely and address any specific requirements you may have. Past students have found they are able to delve deeper into the practice. There is also the added benefit of flexible scheduling so we can find a time that suits you best.
I have a selection of yoga studios I collaborate with across Tāmaki Makaurau, or sessions can be in the comfort of your own home. We can even jump online.
